| Never an Excuse I don't know much about Sweden, and personally I don't really care. In the United States, though, there's never an excuse to violate privacy without a warrant. Every government power must have a check in place. If FBI Agent Joe Blow has the ability to listen into any phone call, or intercept any internet packets whenever he wants to there is a huge problem.

Never heard of the USAPATRIOT ACT, or Bush/NSA/Teleco illegal wiretapping of all telecommunications in the USA? I believe the huge problem is already here. |
