Every government power must have a check in place. If FBI Agent Joe Blow has the ability to listen into any phone call, or intercept any internet packets whenever he wants to there is a huge problem. Never heard of the USAPATRIOT ACT, or Bush/NSA/Teleco illegal wiretapping of all telecommunications in the USA? I believe the huge problem is already here. |

Dracut, MA | He stated there is never an excuse for it to happen without a warrant and that checks need to be in place. There is a BIG differance between a legal wiretap and as you stated the recent ILLEGAL wiretaps. |

The bigger problem is those that don't know about it like texans20.
You can't fight something if you don't even know it exists.
But 50% of americans didn't vote last time, so 50% thought it wasn't important enough or thought it didn't matter or worse, didn't have an opinion. The ones that vote did picked bush. America is up the creek. |
