Re: A good laptop for $1500... You should be able to get more than that for that price on the 9700 now.

The coupon code NB4796 should work on most HP laptops price $1399+.
Of course if gaming is a big deal, you'll want to find one with at least the 8800M . The 8600 isn't 'bad', but the 8800 is much much better gaming performance.
