| [Benchmark] OC-8800GTS- (G80)
hey everyone..haven't been on these boards in a while...
just got a question:
I have a P5B Deluxe (not the wifi edition) and a e7200 with GSkill PC8500 ram (4 sticks of 1GB)and a evga 8800GTS(G80). Im wondering what else I can do with this thing...Im pretty scared to raise the clocks of my video card higher than it is right now. If anyone out there still has the G80 core evga 320MB edition (not superclocked)help  ...pics down below.

@net.ph | I think the max clock of the 8800gts (G80) is 650Mhz then the memory is 1000Mhz. its stable. Btw its an MSI NX8800GTS 320 |

I had an EVGA 8800GTS 320MB and ran it @ 650/2000 almost the entire time I had it (about 1yr) and it was fine. I didn't see the need to try and push it much beyond that. You should use 3dmark06 or higher to benchmark with though. I got 11421 w/ a E2180 @ 3.2 Ghz on 3dmark06.

Umm, the highest score posted for 3dmark06 is 32601. That is for a crossfire system. You sure that score wasn't from 05?

Probably an 3dmark03 score after logging into the orb, I have an old test with a Opteron 165 + 7900GT and got just over 20K, so 30K with a faster proc and 8800 is probably about right.
