Wondering if you log into your web based email account that uses SSL while at work if your employer can see your PW and user account info?

 That would depend on how it is done.

The chances are that your employer cannot see the password (unless they really screwed up on the use of encryption).

On a site such as Yahoo, that uses encryption only for the login, other account information is transferred as clear text so potentially sniffable.
