Wow, I was playen the beta of cs way before most of you even knew of cs. I played up to 1.6 but the game started sucking when it went retail.(the flood of noobs) After that, it was finally destroyed by CAL. No one had any skill, just a stupid tag that they used to show skill.

Ratman, I just wanted to let you know, that was the dumbest thing I've ever fucking heard. TFC IS a HALF LIFE mod, so is cs. Which means it is the same reflexes. "That's why I usually win when I play" You had just said that you win 50%, how is that usually win? Which makes you a average or worse player. "And a lot of people like American Idol......do I need to elaborate?" Please do? Elaborate for me the fact that your a worthless piece of shit who dislikes American Idol and CS because you are not talented to do either, sing or play cs. "Lame headshots." And btw heres a tip, aim at the upperchest/lowerneck and spray about 2-3 bullets, make sure you pull down on the mouse slowly, and get use to playing at 1.5 sens. helps alot. |

| You can't really tell someone what sensitivty to use because the windows sensitivty settings also come into play, as well as any custom "logitech" software or whathaveyou. There's also cursor acceleration you should probably have turned off for gaming.
People need to play with their own settings, no two are going to be alike. |

CPL did equal skill. This is the ONLY gaming league I consider competitive, well, I take that back... any gaming league that is live/in person I consider. CPL is Cyberathlete Professional League. Live in person gaming, no cheating, no hacking. |

CPL = LAN Gaming

| Thats like saying the World Cup or Euro Cup is the only good soccer out there. The way your talking makes it seem like everyone is cheating, the amount of hacking in CAL is debatable but for the upper level competition it is much less persistent if any at all as there are too many watchful eyes. CAL has some damn good gameplay and thats a fact, just because you were bitten in the ass by it doesn't make it crap.
Sure CPL is nice and should have better or the same players compared to CAL. The difference is that CPL is a short tournament and CAL is a proper league. There is really no comparison as its two different things. CPL is a novelty thing that died for now. CAL is where many greats have come from and will continue to be a though league, it is definitely not crap. |

| Youtube is blocked here at work. I'm guessing that is the video of some kid getting caught cheating at a lan. They throw him out and chunk his PC outside as well and it breaks into a bunch of peices.
That video is just a promo video for that LAN group. Plus if you look at the PC they threw out it is a peice of junk anyways that needed to be trashed. |
