I am just wondering if anyone knows if the Ex-Insightbb customers will see the 2Meg upload increase or are we stuck at 1Meg? Thanks |

From what I have been told, former insight customers do not get the upgrade if they have the 10/1 package. They need to switch to the 6/1 or 8/2 package.
I should mention that I heard this from someone in tier support.

Anderson, IN | Thanks Rob, I was just curious. Blast is available in my area, I am thinking about upgrading to that package. I am going to call Comcast and check on pricing. |

Blast! is 16/2 for 52.95 when not in any bundles.(though this is Philly metro).

How 'bout the accuracy of the speed testing medium, or the load on its server at any given time, or your distance from it ? And these are but a few of the variables that can affect your results...
