| Re: FUD from my ISP? I've known about Sentex for a long time (over 10 years), they were once my ISP (actually, they were my ISP after Waterloo Internet Co-operative went bust). I've never heard anything bad about them (and I've never had any serious complaints about them). So why did I leave?
For the only reason any customers I knew that had Sentex left: They priced themselves out of the market! I see they are back on planet earth with their prices now, but I remember $30/month dialup when 295.ca existed (give or take).
I guess good support/reputation comes at a price. |
