This could save you the seeder lots of bandwidth by 200 percent less vs normal seeding which is 315 percent.
In this age of bandwidth usage limit it is a life saver.
Let's say a 4gb file someone uploaded 10gb and most are at 50 percent then you know this user does not know how to seed properly. Most user do not care about it or know there's a huge difference between seeding mode.
some say it saves bandwidth but IMHO it makes seeding much faster so you don't have to seed more then necessary.
Many user are frustrated by uploading more then necessary so they either quit midway or never seed in the future again.
