| Called Party Can't Hear
In the last day or so, when we call someone on our TB line, the phone rings and we can hear the other side answer, but they can't hear us. A few minutes ago I was unable to get a dial tone. I reset everything, and now I have a dial tone, but it's too late to try to call anyone. What is the likely problem?
Who's cheaper than TB? We only need a second line for backup, but it does need to work most of the time. |

In my opinion, it is worth a short wait..

The service thus far has been exceptional...my wife being the best judge of that, especially after suffering with the company I had previously chosen. |
