I'm still using the old Toshiba modem. Do you believe you are getting a better connection with the RCA? Did you have to pay for it or did Time Warner swap it for free? |

better to a degree I think? At least it won't mess up the internet connection, and the modem is smaller.
You can to a TWC service center near your area to change to RCA modem, they won't charge anything. |
