jed1154 : OK, so for whatever reason, outside, when i recieve NATURAL signal, the air card works very well, and reliably. When i come inside, and rely on the signal booster to grab signal, the signal is VERY strong, but i cannot load any web pages when connected....i dont get it. Any ideas?

If you get lousy speeds while setting by either tower then that would seem to narrow it down to a card issue.
countryboymo : I have never had an issue such as this. I have had some speed issues but it has been rare and short lived and still 5x better than satellite's 'Pro' plan. I would install the software on a different computer and try it on that unit to check if it is a hardware issue or possibly software. I do know that I had to do some tweaking with Trend Micro my internet security program to get good speeds with no hiccups.
How did the connection work week before last week?
What were your speeds before this started?
Does it work fine by itself without sharing turned on or out of the router or does you plug it into a stand alone router?

With the information you have provided it could be the card, the network or another issue. With a little more information about your setup and configuration I am sure someone will jump in to help!
