joi phone is a scam work only for a few days

Joi phone will work only for a few days and then stop working, then the technicians will tell you to bridge your modem and change the dhcp to pppoe,This still does not work,the linksys that they sent you is refurbished.Customer service is poor.They charge you each time they send you another refurbished adaptor.
