I agree the ISP's that support a 6to4 environment should be added to a different page then ISP's that support dual stack handoff to the CPE.

In Connecticut,USA I've seen that www.netplex.net has advertised a /32 but I don't know if they are providing v6 addresses to their customers.

The general idea of the page is to list ISPs providing IPv6 without requiring customers to do extra work. Basically this would help anyone wanting to find an ISP which provides 'native' IPv6 support.

Several providers have 6to4, although some go through non-optimal paths. (AT+T DSL in my area goes through Sweden.

Sprint supposedly has IPv6 routing, but I don't know if they offer it to customers or not.
