| Traffic Cap (is a bunch of crap) My 6/18/08 statement from Allegiance came today with a new item: $68.55 charge for "Traffic Usage Data".
I called customer support and they said that my plan was capped at 25gb. I watch several MLB games a week over mlb.tv but I don't download music or movies. The lady said that this was nothing new but I have maintained about the same internet traffic for years (back to when my ISP was Charter). She gave me a link to the terms of service but it would not come up and she could not access it either.
You would think that an ISP would be required to notify a customer of a significant change like this. |
