(just joking, I've spent a lot of time in Arizona and enjoyed it immensely.) |

I lived there during the height of the real estate craze, when they were building new bedroom communities way up I-17 and down in places like Casa Grande.
I've also heard that they're one of the hardest hit real estate markets in the country...no big surprise...it was pretty obvious that there was way too much construction going on... -- "Every man thinks meanly of himself for not having been a soldier, or not having been at sea." |

| Oh they are still building new houses. The big markets are Queen Creek, Buckeye, Maricopa, and Surprise along Loop 303. Now anybody who wants to commute on I-10 from Buckeye or Maricopa to downtown Phoenix 5 days a week had better be making 7 figures otherwise its just not worth it. |
