| What's the difference? When checking into IDSL I found from their site that they couln't offer Residential IDSL, but they could offer Business IDSL. Now besides biz being $30 more and having two more mail boxes and a router...what's the difference with the connectivity. What if I ran my business out of my home? Correct me if I'm wrong, but both connections are the same with IDSL. Doesn't work for me! |

Anon | I don't know about that. But they gave me the exact deal as advertised - 49.95. Didn't say anything about Res. or Biz. but when I check the availablitly on the web, only Biz is in my area. So I assume that's what I got then. |

| That means that when you did your prequal from their site and it stated that only biz was available in your area, you just went ahead with the registration. When I got to the part that indicated that only biz was available to me, I remembered from their ISP listing here at dlsreports that biz cost $30 more. I didn't continue with the registration. I signed up with Speakeasy instead. So what that amounts to is that they lost a potential customer because the prequal at their website doesn't match what they've posted here at dslreports. It would seem that their prequal defaults to indicate "business only" if you can only receive IDSL. If I were the webmaster, I'd change this glitch in the prequal to avoid the obvious confusion it presents. Moreover, those of us who frequent and pay attention to dslreports may not know otherwise. |

Anon | It looks like they changed the glitch as when I initially did a prequal, it only pulled up business IDSL, but now it pulls up both Res and Biz. |
