My first guess would be to think it's something with your setup. Have you tried a modem reboot to see if it corrects things? Do you have too many open connections? Are you saturating your upload with seeds? They can all affect speeds.

join:2007-09-25		 I just tried a modem reboot via 192.168.1.1 and there is no change. I use the default upload setting that matches my upload speed=384.

Erial, NJ		 Maxing out your upload will cause slow download and browsing speeds. Try limiting the upload to 50-80% of that.

join:2007-09-25		 In case you were confused the slow speed persist when utorrent is not in use. Anyone else have a similar scenario where Verizon seemed to be capping download speed?
