<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1522647"><b>equivocal</b></A> : Kinda ironic that Manchester is where at least two trans-Pacific fiber optic cables go into the ocean.  All that bandwidth underfoot and the peasants aren't allowed to touch it.<br><br>My speeds have been off ever since a lengthy maintenance window a couple weeks ago.  Never really seen an outage attributable to weather, not even smoke.]]></description>
