It sure is.

One place that my wife and I used to love when we lived in Torrance was El Gringo in Hermosa Beach. Awesome food. Looks as though it may have changed a little though. Used to be a hole in the wall.

When we lived in Fountain Valley, Hugtington Beach and Costa Mesa it was Super Mex (FV), Taco Mesa (CM), Mario's at 5 Points (HB).

Of course this was 8 years ago. Things may have changed.

Hint: The restaurant that hometown boy Sammy Hagar supposedly favors..... it ain't on my keeper list. In fact, it's well and truly on my "stay away from at all costs" list. Horrible food.

Yes, I know full well that Taco Bell is just fast food and that they themselves only claim their food to be "Mexican-inspired" but it is only one out of almost 200 places I have covered so far.
