<description><![CDATA[Jahntassa posted : Okay, so they separated the numbers by where the congestion happened on what part of the networks. Is there anything besides the DSLAM that would affect the independents?<br><br>They show it as a percentage of connections that are congested, but without a base number that doesn't really help. 5% of what? 10? 20? 1,000?<br><br>I guess I can see the congestion on the one part of the network, but doesn't that suggest that they should work on, perhaps, expanding that part of their network?<br><br>Also, did they throttle themselves?]]></description>
