I'll gladly settle for 10Mbps, symmetric

All I need is 10Mbps, at most 50Mbps, symmetric... Anything more than that would be overkill, since I don't plan on watching multiple streams of HD in real-time over IP. I'd rather just be able to download them to a video server and watch them later.
