I've been watching this whole situation unfold and all I see is a bunch of chickens running around the yard yapping away like old women at the market. ROFL
If you know Bell, Rogers and others are screwing you over and you're being lied to why aren't you standing up for your rights and charging the offenders for your time, losses and damages? By letting CRTC mediate you are stretching the process to the limits Bell, Rogers and others want ... till they run you out of business or you loose your Internet. By so doing you are letting the babysitter have all the power. Yes, babysitter ... since you are the kids who need to be told what to do, where to go and how to behave.
Hint:
Why not apply the freeman of the land principles and be done with it short order. In so doing you teach the supposed powers that you won't take their crap and refuse to be subservient and BECOME ADULTS AND ACT LIKE IT.
Serve them Notice of Understanding and Intent via any Notary Public. Within stating all that Rogers, Bell and others have done wrongfully and your demands as well as damages. Also let loose on them with a Claim of Right.
