<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : Hour 9<br> You Said OK all,I got the answer for people who have verizon on-line, for those who have other ISPs, try this 1st and if it doesn't work, then try MSN support. this is where i found the solution from.<br><br>Click start, click run and type following command:<br><br>regsvr32 msxml3.dll ( type this exactly as you see it, yes there is a space, no space after dll)<br><br>then click ok.<br><br>then re-start installation of the MSN installation icon.<br><br>And you will be fine.<br>I Tried That And I Got This Message dll Register Server In msxml 3.dll succeeded What does this mean please]]></description>
