Its truly amazing what they get away with.
I cant say that I wouldn't be in the same position if I where you. If you pay someone for a service you expect it to be done.
I guess if it doesnt apply to anything else with them, why should it apply to backup?

oh ya. dont think that complaining to the bbb or any othr service will get anything accomplished.
I received my BBB response today which went like this:
"We contacted the firm about the issues you raised in your complaint correspondence to us. Either the firm has indicated to us that it has contacted you directly or it has provided the enclosed comments in response to your concerns".
So a) no one did any work. The answer is "either they did this or this"
b) the response they included was a copy of the email that I originally included with my complaint to the BBB and was the email that sparked my complaint in the first place.
