Re: Not sure I like this.... Very good point, but I would imagine you have your own dns servers and can set it up to not resolve .lan as an outside tld. But then that means ISPs could also do the same thing and treat anything outside .com,.net,.org, etc. as an invalid domain. And in essence that means people paying 500k are getting zero guarantees that anyone will let that domain resolve on their own dns servers. Does anyone know if is possible to block valid tlds or would that be against ICANNS rules? What if an ISP decided to do it? |
