<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/961675"><b>Heterman</b></A> : Think about it this way:  <br>Take a map of the U.S.  The sun goes across from east to west; so whomever is east of you is always ahead and west of you is behind.<br><br>Said another way:<br>The sun comes up on the east coast before it comes up where you are (CDT), therefore their time is ahead of yours.<br><br>Daylight savings can throw a curveball in some cases, but remember that if both time zones are using DST then nothing changes regarding the calculations as they both "sprang forward" or "fell back".]]></description>
