Yet still not able to have FIOS

Upgrading speeds that already are better then the rest but I'll never see more then 1.5/768. As stated before cherry picking. A lot of places will never see FIOS. Then people like me will never see any kind of upgrade in my area so I can get a faster speed. 1.5/768 may have been great when it first became available but now I don't think it even cuts it.
