What good is LTE ...

... if they put a 5 Gbit cap on it, like Verizon always does on their wireless "broadband" connections? They should at least deploy basic DSL in those areas where it's feasible to do so. But they're refusing to do that, in areas where they face no cable competition. I guess they think they can charge more for wireless "broadband", and they don't want to cannibalize that business with their own DSL offering.
