Bills of Attainder == targeting specific parties to be harmed. (Sprint, AT&T, Verizon subscribers who have been illegally wiretapped).

Taking without compensation. Liability for the crime/tort was attached long ago. The court is just their to determine the amount of liability is and when it is to be paid. I.E. Congress is hell bent on denying compensation for the victims.
I find it truly amazing just how many unconstitutional hoops our congress persons will jump through for a few campaign dollars.
