For those having trouble, you just have to mouse over the rating stars underneath the video and choose how you want to rate it, then click. Top rated videos are judged on how many people give a video 5 stars by the looks of it.

Man everytime I see thing like this I want to cry, and that is the honesty from my heart. I wish Pacey got all his wish as to do whatever he wants with his life, and believe me so.
