I tried one of them named as "RAR Repair ToolBox" and it succesfully extracted my movie file.. But the movie couldn't play =]
Then it really didn't "successfully" do anything did it? WinRAR can extract even broken/damaged/incomplete files when you tell it to. It can keep extracted files on errors too.

I decrease the maximum parallel download to 2 files at a time, the chance of corruption file decreased. 1% get corrupted. Now I'm trying to change the setting at rapidshare so that I connect to random server each time. I'll tell you guys If i found the solution.

I guess the problem starts with the connection boost property of FlashGet. That causes wrong transferred bytes while downloading. Also if you change the speed limit in the program while downloading, i guess that effects the trasferring quality too..
There are some sort of RAR repairing softwares, different than WinRAR's own repairing property.

I don't know.. seems like i have to download it again.

Use Free Download Manager and inport your links in a text file , works every time.
Firsy time you use it just copy and go to the new download link and add your users name and password and thats it for adding it.

I had been having some major issue using Flashget to download from rapidshare. About 40% of the files(rar) are corrupted when the total download finish. Is there another program beside Flashget that work?

Also is there a download manager for megaupload beside their spyware infested one?
