<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1193776"><b>slajoh01</b></A> : Hi guys,<br><br>I went on this proxy website and under a  proxy IP address, it also has the port and latency information.<br><br>What does latency mean when users connect or using a proxy server? <br><br>In other words, the higher the number the faster the proxy is?   So whenever I want to load a website faster or browse the net faster using a proxy, I have to pick the latency which has the higher number?<br><br>Please help.<br>Thx]]></description>
