Piggybacking/Hacking my 7904BRA

Last night i discovered someone has been piggybacking my wireless connection. It has been happening for weeks if not months i assume as i have had decreased speeds and download usage been used mysteriously. Im not very experienced in networking to the point where i cant do anything without a guide. so im looking how to secure this modem. I have done, tried the following;

disabling wireless module
MAC filtering
IP Pool restricted to mine

What else can i do or adjust in my settings. or could anyone be nice enough to give me an example of what ALL my setting should be like

Thanks in advance
