 Overkill, IMO (unless running like a commercial server or something). I tried it enabled before, and it didn't seem to affect anything else, so it's up to your security state of mind whether or not to use it. It's like MAC filtering, some like that for the extra protection it provides, while others say it's silly because it's so easily defeated and makes network setup a tiny bit harder. lol
