Not just shady businesses

I'm sure by now the big box retailers have noticed that some of the people showing up at their door with a dtv coupon in hand wind up walking out with a new HDTV instead. After all, that old TV didn't work that great anyway!

The government provides the bait, all the big box retailer has to do is provide an attractive switch.
