That was very fast on releasing RC2.
Uninstall of BETA2 was buggy as request to reboot after uninstalling BETA2 caused Windows Vista to crash and reboot a 2nd time. All was well after that.
Uninstall of RC1 went very well and did NOT prompt me to reboot Windows Vista. Install of RC2 went smoothly with no restart required.
