Wouldn't you think that someone investing all this time and money would have had a budget set in place before they advanced this far....

When I go grocery shopping I know how much money I have in my wallet, and I also know about what each item will cost...

At the check out I am not faced with having to leave items over my budget, on the counter....

Seems like amatures at work on this project....
