Thanks. After posting this I pulled the cable under my house and you responded just as I was wiring up the jacks. I made both ends A and plugged it up and I am now connected via wired CAT5e. It says for residential connections I should pin down to T568A. Does it really matter as long as on both ends I use A or on both ends I use B and make sure that the cables I am running from the jack to the device are correct?
