I live in Maine and i'm having the EXACT same thing going on, and yes i called and they do and say the same thing. Everytime they just tell me to reset the router,modem yadda yadda over and over then say "well its not a problem on our end.."
I too play games like you said and does the same thing.
Im seriously just thinking about finding something else at this point.There support alone makes me want to punch a hole in the wall,far from helpful. |
