[PSP]DNS error

I am having trouble getting my PSP to connect via the network upgrade. I keep getting an error "DNS Error Has Occurred (80410410)". I have the 1.52 firmware and think I've done the correct network setup. I have an Actiontec M1424WR modem/router setup with WEP.

I have this entered into my PSP:

IP - 192.168.1.5 (also tried automatic)
Subnet - 255.255.255.0 (also tried automatic)
Router - 192.168.1.1 (also tried automatic)
DNS1 - 192.168.1.1 (also tried automatic)
DNS2 - LOTS OF OTHER DNS IPS

I'm really not sure what is happening since my PS3 works fine with this connection. I've also tried this with another router (Linksys WRT45G) with similar settings and each time I get the DNS error.

I've looked over the internet and the only recommendations they give are to reset your PSP to default, then create a new connection; I've done that a few times. The other recommendation is to make sure the power saving wifi connection is set to off, and I've made sure it's off.

I'd also like to note that when I initially create a connection and use the "Test Connection" utility it says "Succeeded".

I also see the PSP connectivity in the Actiontec's web page.

I honestly have no idea what to do.
