Investigating or Pandering?

More likely congressmen are holding their hands out to, legalize a loophole into wiretap laws.

I'm sure Bush would love to stick in some way to make wiretapping without warrants legal through some new law like this. In fact they would not have to, the CIA just sets up a shell company to suck up the information under the ruse of legit business.

It has already happened. Retroactive immunity for the telcos has done just that, but this time der Bushler & his minions aren't 100% at fault since the Congress is now controlled by the Demublicans. And Obamapalooza, who initially was against telco immunity, has just decided that he is now for it. Meet the new boss....same as the old one.
