Refund when cancelling service - they SUCK!

We changed from Cavalier May 2008 to Comcast digital to save money especially after noise on the line which did not get repaired properly.

They took our auto payment for a full month AFTER we cancelled. After three calls to customer service and arguments on the proper credit they charged US $10.80 to disconnect the service and then did not order the refund. On the last call they said they would now order the check and it would be 1-2 months before we would receive it (Aug-Sept).

Do NOT consider this company they suck you in and then getting out is like leaving the mob! TERRIBLE customer service. I hope this company crashes!
