Oh wow. I thought there wouldn't be a post about this and that I was the only one. I'm in NYC and I've been having that same issue for the past few days now. I just thought it was my computers but its not, I've checked everything and gone over all logs. It's definitely something to do with their side.
I have also called them about this and got the same run-around with 'it' being my issue and to just restart the modem.
