Interesting name for the network 'NYCWIN'
Sounds more like 'Nice Win', which would have been more appropriate to Northrop's contract.

Avalon, NJ		  The system does NOT do voice. It is a data only network - at least for now. But no speculation was mentioned about voice in the future.
