I have an iPod, which I love, and an account on the iTunes store, because for some dumb reason you can't download cover art without it, but I haven't bought anything from them. I refuse to have anything to do with that DRM crap, especially after the Sony Rootkit fiasco.
Ditch the DRM, and I might actually buy something from iTunes. I've already bought a few mp3s from Amazon, but their selection hasn't been that impressive.
EDIT: Typo. | |

1 edit | Re: No DRM? While I don't know about having to have a iTunes account to download cover art, I've found wikipedia and allmusic.com to be a valuable resource in finding album artwork to attach to songs. -- "Don't argue with stupid people; they will beat you with experience." | |
