free - so I tested it

since they were giving a $10.00 credit to those that signed up for the store (was already a free member from comcast) so I found a album i didn't have and 'bought' it.

seems ok.. no drm and the mp3 is 256kbps..

@cruzio.com		 No DRM, but the files are tagged with the Store Name, Purchase date AND *** transaction ID ***, so they are traceable back to the purchaser. Which, to me, is a form of DRM. Except that the tags can be edited.
