| reply to ninjatutle Are you kidding? Those were nothing but arrogant smart-asses. They got arrogant with me, once to often. I left them 8 years ago for broadband and then they tried to triple charge me.
They stated that my billing was like a country club membership and that I must abide by their billing cut-off date. No wonder time-warner still reserves a half-billion for their accounting practices.
Every story I read about their woes makes me extremely happy. KICK,KICK,KICK.

I remember the day AOL gave their users limited access to internet services. You could feel the stupid just soaking into USENET.

 | reply to Ray422 There was an audio file going around a year or two ago on the radio station dial that had a customer record his cancellation call. It took him about 20-40 minutes to get it done, as the AOL rep would NOT let him cancel.
It might be on youtube somewhere. |
