It's an SDU. An enclosure to protect the ground block and any splitters etc. Not necessary for the service to work but recommended.

How many TVs do you have connected to cable? How many splitters are installed?

Albany, GA		 Tech did not show up Thursday. One is supposed to come Monday now. And of course it's storming now have had to powercycle the modem a few times and not all TV stations are working.
