Hollywood, FL | About time While I don't condone copyright infringement (the kind that's not covered under fair use or some other exclusion that is  ), I am happy that a court is finally stepping in to question the **AA's practices.
Even in a civil suit you have to prove that something was done to you in order for their to be an offense. This nonsense of having to provide proof crippling their ability to defend their copyrights is pathetic at best.
